From Pandora's Box to Jewel Box — Guest Bathroom

From illegal framing and rot to poor material choices, the issues in this bathroom had been cleverly disguised from our client, the home buyer, with cosmetic overlays. Once demolition commenced, it was determined that the floor and two walls in this 51 sq. ft. guest bathroom would have to be replaced and that the access to the crawl space, which ran under the shower, would have to be relocated.

The client requested a contemporary powder room with a bit of 'Wow' factor while simultaneously accommodating full guest bathing facilities. The outcome is a stunning little gem of a bathroom that does dual duty.
