Making a Custom Home Complete
A Kitchen That Works LLC designed the kitchen for this craftsman style custom build home in 2010. The homeowners called upon AKTW to design and build a custom china hutch and entertainment center that not only looked like it was original to the build of the home but also complimented their family antiques. The net result was ample convenient storage for their multiple sets of china and crystal, collectibles, books, games, etc. with a seamless appearance to both installations.
"We have hired A Kitchen That Works twice. In 2009 they designed our kitchen for our new construction home built in 2010. Knowing the quality of work we could expect, we did not hesitate to hire A Kitchen That Works again in 2013 to design and install a custom china cabinet and a custom entertainment center/bookshelf system to complete our home. Molly's design guidance was invaluable in helping us to choose the look that pleased us and fit in with the style of our NW Craftsman home. The lighted china cabinet fits a niche in the dining room as if it was an original built-in. The entertainment center and book shelves also appear to be original built-ins, symmetrically about the stone fireplace. The professional expertise of A Kitchen That Works' installation team resulted in a beautiful addition to our home that we will enjoy for many years." ~ Marilyn & Paul M.
