Good food, good friends and good times

Location, location, location — the address had it all! A gorgeous marine view, low bank beach access, plenty of room for outdoor entertaining and extra bedrooms for overnight guests but the floor plan and amenities of the home fell short of the needs of a couple who love to cook and entertain. With a little bit of engineering, the kitchen was opened up to provide better flow for the open plan concept, allowing guests to be close to the cook's action without getting under foot and providing sufficient space for the requisite cooking equipment and countertop space that the home chef craved. Added bonuses included better access to the out of doors for BBQing and entertaining as well as less obstructions to the beautiful marine view.
