More of everything... same space
For this kitchen remodel, the homeowners requested a design that would provide more storage, more countertop space, more light and a more aesthetically pleasing kitchen (read between the lines – less clutter!), without changing the foot print. The only significant changes were the removal of the soffit and the peninsula. What they received was a variety of hidden features (custom knife block and pull-out trash, dish drawer peg system, pull-out cutting board storage, tall pull-out pantry and more) which not only improved the storage and organization of the kitchen but also made the space flow better to accommodate multiple cooks and guests. The beautiful tile backsplash and quartz countertops are enhanced by the LED under cabinet lighting, the LED recessed can lights and the decorative pendants over the kitchen island.
