NW Brick Ranch Ten Room Remodel — Waterfront Ranch
A '70s contemporary water front home with great bones for entertaining family and friends was not living up to its potential with dated finishes and failing appliances. This remodel project included gutting the kitchen and guest bathroom as well as replacing the flooring (and installing in-floor radiant heat), finishes, lighting and millwork in eight other rooms. One of the challenges was to select materials that not only complimented an extensive collection of family heirlooms but also gave the appearance of having always been there by seamlessly blending in the new with the old. The overall outcome is a cohesive collection of spaces that brings an immediate sense of fun and relaxation to all who enter. "Molly was the designer, coordinator, and project manager for the remodel of half of our home. Her organizational and design skills, attention to detail, and caring attitude produced a wonderful result! We trusted her abilities such that we were gone throughout the entire construction. We rate her an 11 on a 10 point scale! "We love our new home!" ~ Lee H., Homeowner
